ECLT Core Policies

In order to ensure that we act according to the highest ethical and legal standards, while pursuing our mission, we have put in place policies that guide our employees, Board Members, partners on acting with integrity while carrying out the Foundation’s work. ECLT Speak-up platform

ECLT has put in place a reporting mechanism to help identify misconduct and behaviours such as fraud, harassment, misuse of resources, breach of child safeguarding and other unethical conduct that violates our policies.

We encourage all our partners, service users, staff and other key stakeholders to report concerns via our independent Speak Up mechanism below.

Disclosure:

The Speak Up Platform gives you the possibility to report via an external channel, any wrongdoing in a confidential and anonymous way. We will strive to investigate all cases to the best extent possible while protecting your identity and leaving you the control on if, and when, you might wish to reveal your identity. However, depending on the nature of the case, it may require further investigation by authorities outside of the Foundation who might legally request us to reveal your identity. Furthermore, any wrongdoing that is outside of the purview of the ECLT Foundation’s work will not be given consideration.
